3. Donations & Contributions
4.1. All donations made through SevaConnect are final and non-refundable, except in cases of demonstrable error or fraud.
4.2. SevaConnect acts as a facilitator. We may charge a nominal processing fee to cover operational and technical costs.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SevaConnect and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade secret laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SevaConnect or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
